Prices
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services tax).
Payment
Orders can be paid with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Zip Pay and Afterpay.
No credit card numbers are stored with LikeSpikes.
Returns
LikeSpikes offers a 100% money back guarantee. A complete order can be returned to LikeSpikes within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund or credit. (All items must be unused and in their original packaging) Faulty items can be returned (used or unused) within 90 days of receiving them. All returns must be sent to LikeSpikes, PO Box 333, South Fremantle 6162. A return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning any items by sending LikeSpikes an email quoting the order or invoice number the returned item(s) relate to and the reason for the return. It is at the discretion of LikeSpikes to accept or deny any return request.
Shipping and shipping charges
Australian orders
LikeSpikes uses Australia Post Express. A tracking link is emailed to the customer once an order is shipped.
Shipping rates are as follows:
$9.99 for orders under $40
$4.99 for orders between $40 and $59.99
Free shipping for orders over $60
International orders
We don't currently ship internationally.
Delivery times
In-stock items are dispatched from Fremantle, WA within 1 business day and sent by Australia Post Express (1–4 business days to most metro areas). Made-to-order items are marked on the product page – please allow 3–5 weeks. If anything takes longer than expected, we will email you with the reason and offer alternative items or a cancellation.
Backorders
LikeSpikes does not keep backorders on stocked lines. Should we be unable to send part of an order, the remaining items will be cancelled and refunded via the original payment method. Made-to-order items are not backorders – they are made for you and ship within the timeframe shown on the product page.
