Shipping & Returns
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services tax).
Orders can be paid with credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal. LikeSpikes uses Braintree, a third party payment provider and no credit card numbers are stored with LikeSpikes.
LikeSpikes offers a 100% money back guarantee. A complete order can be returned to LikeSpikes within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or credit. (All items must be unused and in their original packaging) Faulty items can be returned (used or unused) within 60 days of receiving them. All returns must be sent to LikeSpikes, PO Box 333, South Fremantle 6162. A return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning any items by sending LikeSpikes an email quoting the order or invoice number the returned item(s) relate to and the reason for the return. It is at the discretion of LikeSpikes to accept or deny any return request.
Shipping and shipping charges
LikeSpikes uses a number of couriers to ship orders depending on weight and location.These include: Toll, Startrack and Australia Post. It is at the discretion of LikeSpikes to choose the most suitable courier service. The shipping charge is $7.95 per order plus GST and orders of $50.00 and over are shipped free of charge.

Orders will be shipped within seven working days. But it can take up to two weeks, depending on product availability. If an order can not be shipped within these times, LikeSpikes will contact the purchaser via email advising of the reasons for the delay and to offer altermative items or to have the order cancelled.
LikeSpikes does not keep backorders. Should LikeSpikes be unable to send a complete order, the remaining items will be automatically canceled and a refund for these items will be issued via the original payment method.
