REPLACEMENT BALLS & ATTACHMENTS

Replacement balls, discs, cones, spikes and decorative attachments — the parts that actually go missing. Most piercing losses are a ball off a barbell rather than the whole piece, and a spare in the right size is a fraction of the cost of new jewellery.

Match the gauge to your bar (14G is 1.6mm, 16G is 1.2mm) and the thread type: internally threaded ends screw into the bar, externally threaded ends screw onto it, and threadless tops push in. Ball diameter is listed separately from gauge — a 1.6mm ball is not the same as a 1.6mm thread.
